Locating the hotel entrance was a hassle, especially since we were in the annex without clear communication!!! The steep staircase access was inconvenient for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues!!! WiFi connectivity in the annex left much to be desired!!!

The room was clean and cozy, but it took forever to find the entrance.

During my stay at Ca Rialto, I was impressed by the stunning location right next to the Rialto Bridge, making it incredibly easy to explore the local culture. The spacious and clean Standard Double Room provided a quiet retreat after busy days of work. I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, who were always professional and ready to assist with any requests, enhancing the overall experience.

However, I faced issues with the air conditioning. it struggled to cool the room effectively, and it led to a few restless nights due to the summer heat. The WiFi connectivity was spotty in our room, which made planning our daily adventures a bit challenging. It would have been better if the check-in process had clearer instructions on the annex location, as it was frustrating to navigate the alleys. Those steep stairs to our room were also a workout, especially with luggage. To sum up, the location and room charm were highlights, but the AC and communication could use some improvements.

absolutely loved the charming traditional decor throughout the hotel, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby sites, as we could easily stroll to St Mark’s Square in less than 10 minutes and the beautiful Peggy Guggenheim Collection was just a bit farther along the Grand Canal.

However, the room I stayed in was positioned in a back alley and lacked some expected amenities, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which detracted from the comfort experience. Additionally, finding the hotel entrance proved to be quite challenging.

The location is unbeatable for exploring all Venice has to offer by making this spot your base. We loved the spacious room where we could unwind after strolling along the Grand Canal, taking in the sights and sounds with our kids.

For dads, it would be great to have a play area for kids.
